The Clinical Workstation network (also known as Public Workstations) is comprised of 2,800 computers distributed throughout clinical settings in the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Outpatient Center, various clinics, and off-site locations. These devices are acquired and supported by IT@JH to support the clinical information needs of several thousand medical staff.
Clinical workstations provide access to key medical applications, such as Sunrise, EPR, Pharmacy, and a range of other clinical host systems. In addition, web-based applications are supported.
