Office365 Licensing

Office 365 is available to all active Johns Hopkins end users. This service includes access to 1 TB of personal file storage through OneDrive and Office Applications through a web browser.  Under Microsoft's current licensing model, students are provided additional access to Office 365 Pro Plus which gives them the ability to download the desktop version of Microsoft Office as well as create and edit documents through Office Mobile Applications. Pro Plus is currently only available to active students. Microsoft has announced that it plans to offer the Pro Plus benefit to faculty and staff members later this winter. Below is a breakdown of the current differences in Student vs. Faculty/Staff features as of October 2014:
