Account De-Provisioning

All JHBox accounts will be reviewed on a semi-annual basis for de-provisioning.  Accounts will be removed if they meet the following criteria:

  • User is no longer active in the Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory
  • User account contains zero data

If a user has left the Institution and has content in their JHBox account, that content will be archived and all collaborations will remain. 

If you feel that your account has been removed in error, please contact jhboxsupport@jh.edu for assistance.
