Accessing your Johns Hopkins Office 365 Email with a Mobile Phone
To use your mobile phone to access your e-mail, you need to set up an Exchange ActiveSync, IMAP4 or POP3 connection between your mobile device and your Office 365 account. Exchange ActiveSync is designed to synchronize e-mail, calendar, contact, and task information. IMAP4 and POP3 accounts are designed to send and receive e-mail messages. IMAP4 has more features than POP3.
To connect your device to Office 365 you will need to enter your JHEDID@jh.edu as the UserName and JHED password.
For example if your Johns Hopkins Login ID is jsmith99
you would use email@example.com for your mobile device UserName and your JHED password.
