Change Alias Routing

Change Alias Routing From JHEM to Outlook Live

Log into the portal at my.johnshopkins.edu

Click on the myJhed tab

In the Applications window select Email Alias

Click to Accept the Policy

Scroll down to the columns titled 'Your Alias', in the next column for routing address, the address should be  lid@live.johnshopkins.edu

 If not, select the down arrow and change to your lid@live.johnshopkins.edu address

 Select 'Update' to make changes

Local Routing Addresses for Enterprise Services Email systems:

Exchange : lid@exchange.johnshopkins.edu

Outlook Live: lid@live.johnshopkins.edu

JHEM: lid@commsmail.johnshopkins.edu
