Connect Outlook Live Web App to JHEM

The Outlook Live Web App can be connected to a JHEM mailbox as a migration tool for copying JHEM e-mail to an Outlook Live mailbox.

 *** Please note:  Calendars cannot be migrated.  JHEM contacts can be migrated by special request.  Send an email to OLMIG@jhu.edu requesting your JHEM contacts be converted so they can be imported into Outlook Live.  You will receive an email within 5 business days with instructions on how you can import them into Outlook Live.

   Log into your Outlook Live mailbox and select ‘Options’

Then Select 'See All Options...'

Click on the Connected Accounts tab. 

Click on 'New...'

In the E-mail address field enter your LID@JHEM.Johnshopkins.Edu.  Lid is your JHED Login id.

 In the Password field enter your JHED password.

Click Next

After connecting, a message will appear that 'Your Accounts are now Connected'.   

Please disregard the message about a verification message been sent to your email account.  This does not pertain to connecting your JHEM mailbox to your Outlook Live account and you do not need to check your email account for this message.
