The Telecommunications Services Department provides telecommunications services for Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and Johns Hopkins University. We manage telecommunications facilities at East Baltimore, Bayview Medical Center, Homewood, Eastern, Mount Washington, and various locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Our mission is to ensure that faculty, staff, students, patients, and visitors have reliable and convenient telecommunications services and equipment. Management and staff are dedicated to providing our customers with prompt and friendly service.

Repair - Submit a Self-Service Ticket by clicking here or CALL 443-287-4663, Option 1

Repairs include no dial tone, broken phones (need to buy new telephone), need new phone jack cable.  NOTE: Only submit a self-service ticket for non-urgent requests.  Be very clear in describing the issue you are having with your telephone.

As of 05/10/2016, there is a new East Baltimore Telephone Service Request form, which can be accessed by clicking the form icon below.  The recommended web browsers for accessing the form are Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 11.

Telephone Service Requests can take up to 10 days to fulfill depending on our technical workload.
